With contract talks having broken down between Arsenal and midfielder Aaron Ramsey, it looks like the North London giants will need to sell him this January if they want to avoid losing him for free next summer. The Welshman is being linked with a host of top clubs, including Premier League rivals Manchester United and German outfit Bayern Munich.

Brazilian forward Malcom was close to moving to Spurs over summer before he made a sensational switch from Bordeaux to Barcelona. Since the leap, though, he has struggled to find opportunities in Catalonia and the La Liga leaders are willing to cut their losses on the Brazilian.

With London looking his most likely destination, Tottenham are linked again to the player, with Arsenal ready to battle their rivals for the winger. However, Barcelona had their eye on Chelsea’s Willian over summer and the Sun reports the club are ready to have another stab at bringing him to the Nou Camp, preferring a cash-plus-Malcom deal with the West London side.

20-year-old Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan Bissako is being closely monitored by Everton, with the Toffees’ manager Marco Silva declaring his admiration for the starlet. While Palace are reluctant to let the player leave in January, they might be willing to part with the prospect if they can come to a deal with the Merseysiders for one of Ademola Lookman or Cenk Tosun, to relieve their front-line woes.

Leeds United forward Kemar Roofe has had an impressive start to this year’s Championship campaign, netting seven times already this term. There’s now the promise of top-flight football; a handful of Premier League clubs are looking to tempt the forward away from Yorkshire. Wolves, Palace, and Southampton are all eager to bolster their attacks with the forward’s signature.

Contract talks between PSG and Adrien Rabiot have again stalled, with Europe’s elite alerted to the fact the Frenchman could be a free agent next summer. While Barcelona are frontrunners for the midfielder, reports in England suggest Manchester City are keen on swooping in and bringing their old youngster back to England, with Liverpool also waiting in the wings ready to strike a deal.

Finally, 17-year-old Bali Mumba has recently signed a new contract with League One’s Sunderland, but that isn’t stopping Premier League billionaires Chelsea and Manchester City from circling. The player remains part of Sunderland’s long-term plans, but the club could be persuaded to sell should the right bid come in. While the young midfielder has made only a handful of appearances for the Wearsiders in the third tier, he has shown promise this season, helping to claw the Black Cats into the automatic promotion spots, and the North East club value the teenager at £2.5m.

What are the odds of any of these transfers coming to fruition? It’s hard to say. If you’re looking to place a bet, you could be waiting weeks or months for a pay-out. You can, of course, get a faster turnaround putting money on the latest Premier League fixtures. And if you don’t see anything you like there, Grosvenor Casinos also takes bets on the Championship, too.
