TIM STEWART NEWS LIMITED 07932745508: England players (l to r) Joe Hart and James Milner holds portraits of (l to r) Charles William Alcock and Ebenezer Cobb Morley and Arthur Pember, two of the eight ‘founding fathers’ of the Football Association who created the rules of the game 150 years ago. The eight gathered in London’s Freemasons’ Tavern on 26 October, 1863 to draft the 13 original laws of association football. The FA has launched a global hunt for their living relatives and is inviting them to come forward for a special ceremony at Wembley in October where their ancestors will be honoured.
