Malaysian businessman Tony Fernandes is on the brink of purchasing Bernie Ecclestone’s 66% stake in Queens Park Rangers and becoming a majority shareholder in the club. The process should be finalised by the end of the week and already there are reports linking Scott Parker to west London as the new owner looks to help bring new players in before the window shuts.

Meanwhile ex-Brazil captain and coach Dunga is sueing QPR for £750,000 he claims he borrowed the club back in 2006.
